Efficient data processing : A large number of heterogeneous computers, some of which store and manage a large amount of sensor/multimedia data, have been used by connecting to the Internet (Figure 1). We have studied and developed novel mechanisms for retrieving and handling desired data from the environment efficiently.
Effective data processing: It has become easy to publish and share various kinds of data to the Internet. We have investigated and developed sophisticated mechanisms for managing and manipulating data safely and effectively.
